MOONSUK CHANG

With 16 years of experience in innovation leadership and international event execution, Moonsuk Chang leads the vision and global exhibition strategy behind TISIAS and the signature iCAN Toronto program. As a Member of IFIA and a Member of WIIPA, he works across worldwide invention networks, jury activities, delegation programs, and cross-border partnerships, positioning TISIAS as a trusted Canadian gateway for inventors, students, and innovators.

FRANK YOO
Vice-President
Frank has supported TISIAS since its earliest stage and oversees headquarters coordination, local investor connections, and organizational management in Canada. His background in international finance and accounting strengthens the team’s operational discipline.

TK KIM
Secretary-General
TK coordinates frontline operations for TISIAS and iCAN, helping participants stay organized, informed, and supported throughout each program. His experience in underwriting, engineering, and patent-law study adds depth to the team’s knowledge base.

LEO DANNY KIM
Director of Business Development (Education)
Leo builds educational channels between Canada and South Korea, supporting students and young inventors as they develop ideas into stronger projects. His long experience in education counselling and academic advising expands TISIAS outreach to schools and universities.

VIO WON
Director of Business Development (I.T.)
Vio is a founding member whose information-technology expertise supports organizational growth, office systems, and product-promotion strategy. His technical insight helps TISIAS evaluate opportunities and strengthen its digital foundations.

CHRIS LEE
Director of System & Technology (Waterloo Base)
Chris manages technology systems, annual statistics, and database support for TISIAS. His web development and reporting work help the organization make better seasonal decisions and improve the quality of its event operations.

SAMMY S. KIM
Director of Data Technology (Vancouver Base)
Sammy brings strong data-engineering experience from major technology environments and supports TISIAS with I.T.-focused inventor channels. His expertise strengthens digital, computer, and data-driven initiatives across the organization.

JASON SONG
Director of Arts & Material Design
Jason contributes visual direction, promotional materials, and creative design support for TISIAS programs. His combination of applied science, fine art, and visual marketing helps elevate the organization’s public presentation.

DAEHO KANG
Manager of Creative Films & Multimedia
Daeho leads film, multimedia, photography, and visual-content production for TISIAS and iCAN. His creative work captures event moments and strengthens the storytelling power of the organization’s digital media.

ALEX KIM
Manager of Local Affairs
Alex supports local public affairs, meetings, and network-building across the Greater Toronto Area. His hospitality and coordination help overseas guests, participants, and VIPs experience Toronto with confidence and warmth.

JAIDYN KIM
Manager of Strategic Planning
Jaidyn supports strategic planning, business engagement, and long-term expansion for TISIAS. His focus on nationwide and global growth helps turn ambitious ideas into organized action plans for the team.

JIN H. JANG
Manager of Social Media Expansion
Jin expands TISIAS digital outreach through social media channels, web research, and new collaborator discovery. His work helps connect inventors, schools, universities, and international organizations to the TISIAS network.

HARLEYNN F. PARK
Supervisor of International Trade (Chinese Base)
Harleynn supports international trade development and network-building for innovation products in Mainland China. Her bilingual background and trade training strengthen the organization’s reach across Asian markets.

BAUGHAN AHN
Supervisor of International Affairs (American Base)
Baughan supports TISIAS from the United States and contributes international-affairs experience, especially in invention and medical research networks. His background helps connect TISIAS with American societies and innovation groups.

MIN LEE
Supervisor of Youth Development (Korean Base)
Min supports youth development and educational services for students connected through TISIAS partner networks in Korea. His work focuses on language, invention education, creative thinking, and mentoring young innovators.
